Our Returns Policy
Within 30 days of receipt of your shipment, you may return any of the following items to Full of Health, for any reason, for a refund:
Any UNOPENED supplement in its original condition (only with both the outer and the inner seals intact and unbroken!)
Any book, tape (cassette/VHS), or DVD in its original condition (not damaged or misused).
However, ALL products returned within 30 days of receipt of the shipment will be charged a 25% restocking fee and a Canadian Customs brokerage fee (if any).
The shipping and handling cost is NOT refundable. Only if your return is the result of our error, the shipping and handling cost of the returned item/s will be refunded.
Items that are
returned more than 30 days after delivery, or
in unsellable condition, or
missing parts
will be charged a restocking fee at our discretion (up to 80%).
We do not accept items returned after 60 days.
Exchanges of Damaged or Defective Items
Full of Health can exchange items only if they are defective or damaged.
Refunds
We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item/s. You can expect a refund within 14 business days of our receiving your return.
Sending Your Return
Using the e-mail address below, notify us about your return first in order to obtain an authorization number and shipping instructions.
Send the item/s, preferably, by the United States Postal Service along with a separate sheet of paper noting the authorization number, your name, address and e-mail address (and with the reason for your return) to the following address:
